The project—representing the global 7-Eleven brand—required meticulous coordination of civil construction, MEP systems, and interior trades, executed under high-end design guidelines and tight delivery timelines.
Working within a premium mall ecosystem, the PMC scope involved continuous alignment with stakeholders, contractors, and mall authorities to ensure compliance with international retail standards, while managing vendor timelines and on-site quality control.
