Delivered at Jio World Drive, Mumbai, this 10,500 sq. ft. FreshPik gourmet grocery store was executed under the Project Management Consultancy (PMC) leadership of Ar. Bhaskar Arya, during his tenure as Senior Project Manager at Reliance Retail.

The store was designed to meet premium grocery retail standards, requiring tight coordination across civil works, MEP integration (HVAC, electrical, plumbing), and interior trades. Operating within the exacting guidelines of a luxury mall environment, the project demanded detailed planning, vendor management, and adherence to strict timelines.

With its high-end design specification and multi-category layout, the store balances form, function, and brand identity—delivering a superior shopping experience in one of India’s most premium commercial destinations.
