This compact 1,350 sq. ft. fashion retail store, designed for the junior segment, required a blend of space efficiency, speed, and brand consistency. The project scope involved end-to-end coordination of civil works, MEP services, visual merchandising elements, and timely handover in accordance with mall operation norms.
The execution prioritized child-friendly finishes, smooth retail zoning, and adherence to national rollout standards set by Reliance. Despite the space constraints and time-bound mall environment, the project was delivered flawlessly, enhancing customer experience while maintaining backend functionality.
